World Confederation of Boules Sports

The CMSB, created in 1985, gathers the international federations of bowls sports: Petanque (FIPJP), Raffa (CBI) and Lyonnaise (FIB). She was recognized by IOC the following year and its recognition was unceasingly taken back since. Its object is to promote the bowls sports, to integrate them in the main international multisports events, to conduct united actions, in particular to fight against doping and to organize relationships with the great sport authorities like IOC and Sport Accord. It currently gathers nearly 200 national federations in approximately 160 countries and its disciplines are in particular present in the World Games, the Mediterranean Games, the SEA Games, the African Games.
